C.A. LANDRY PARTNERS is
a full-service building and contracting firm with a
wide range of expertise, including interior finish-outs
to ground-up schools and office buildings, both in the
public and private sector. We have been providing quality
design/build and competitively bid projects for more
than 20 years in South and Central Texas.
C.A. Landry Partners Limited was founded
in August 1978 by Charles A. Landry. Prior to starting
the C.A. Landry Company, Mr. Landry
had previously worked as chief estimator and project
manager for a large San Antonio based general contracting
firm. He also worked as an architectural draftsman while
going to high school and college. Mr. Landry is our
chief estimator and project manager, in addition to
directing the day-to-day activities of the company.
Mr. Landry founded the company
on the principals of Quality, Value and Teamwork. We
offer our clients Quality Construction for a great Value,
through Teamwork. Our long list of satisfied clients
include Southside Independent School District, North
Side Independent School District, Edgewood Independent
School District, East Central Independent School District,
Comal Independent School District, Poth Independent
School District, City of San Antonio, North East Independent
School District, San Antonio Independent School District
and City of Hondo.
Raul Lopez
was hired as a job specific superintendent in October
of 1995. Raul has been in the construction industry
for the last 34 years. Prior to coming to work for us
Mr. Lopez had his own steel erection company. Raul is
in charge of the day-to-day activities at specific job
sites. The following projects were attributed to Mr.
Lopez' direction; Poth Elementary School, New Chevron
in D'Hanis, Texas, New Car Wash in Hondo, Texas, Smithson
Valley High School, Rick Taylor Youth Center and Madison
Elementary School. Raul became a partner in 2003.
